Dennis Allen Unofficially Fired

Reports from around League circles say that Dennis Allen has been fired as the Head Coach of The Oakland Raiders. The official announcement could come as early as Tuesday, September 30th.
The expected interim Head Coach is Tony Sparano.
Allen finished his head coaching career in Oakland with an overall record of 8-28 in 2 and a quarter seasons.

2015 Raiders Positional Needs
Looking ahead to the 2015 NFL Draft, you have to think the Raiders are looking for weapons on offense.
Tight End and Wide Receiver should both be positions to load up on.
Offensive Tackle and young, talented Defensive Linemen will also be needed.
If Hayden doesn't get healthy, Corner could possibly take priority over all of them.
