Cooper Taylor

Per @RavensInsider...Richmond SS Cooper Taylor visited with Oakland (as well as Baltimore, Seattle and Buffalo).

 Tall, rangy SS who can cover today's NFL Tight Ends.

 Cooper started his career at Georgia Tech before becoming a Spider.
